Post Secondary Options – Twenty Years 
MAAP Contributes to CSC reportPost Secondary Enrollment Options, a program designed to give eleventh and twelfth grade student’s access to post secondary education turned twenty years old in 2005. Minnesota’s PSEO Program was the first in the nation. This landmark was celebrated December 13 by the convening of over fifty participants to react to a report published by the Center for School Change (CSC). The title of the study is “Stretching Minds and Resources – 20 Years of Post Secondary Enrollment Options in Minnesota” by Joe Nathan, Laura Accomando and Debra Hare Fitzpatrick.
